When will I receive my order?
Orders will be shipped out as fast as possible, using USPS. Expect your order in approximately 2 weeks. You will be notified when your order has shipped by your provided email at checkout!
What’s the proper care for my jewelry?
Due to the handmade nature of every piece, they can be fragile! I do my best to make sure the jewelry is well made for regular wear, but that being said: avoid water (showering, going to the beach, etc,.), perfumes/lotions, while wearing your jewelry. The metals may tarnish overtime, expedited by any moisture on the pieces. Properly storing all jewelry is also important to ensure the integrity of the design, we don’t want any tangling! I recommend hanging your jewelry, I use thumbtacks pressed into a wall.

What’s the return policy?
No returns or refunds are accepted. Exchanges can be provided within 14 days of your order being received, as long as the piece is in original packaging and has been unused. Customers will cover shipping costs for any exchanges. If your piece has arrived damaged please notify me asap, pictures of proof are required: [email protected]
